From the A1 motorway.
From Rome: A1 Rome–Florence, Orvieto exit, then SS71 towards Parrano. About one hour thirty, one hundred and thirty kilometres.
From Florence: A1 southbound, Fabro or Orvieto exit. About two hours, one hundred and ninety kilometres.
From Milan: A1 southbound, about five hours.
From Naples: A1 northbound, about three and a half hours.
Private guarded parking inside the estate, a short walk from the castle. For evening arrivals, the entrance to the village is lit and signposted.
Orvieto station, high-speed line.
Orvieto station is on the Rome–Florence high-speed line, served by Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and Italo.
From Rome Termini: about one hour ten minutes.
From Florence Santa Maria Novella: about one hour twenty.
From Milan Centrale: about three and a half hours with one change.
From Orvieto station to the castle it's twenty-five minutes by car. On request we arrange a private transfer from the train to the Principato.

Perugia (PEG) — San Francesco d'Assisi: about fifty minutes by car. The nearest and most convenient airport for European flights.
Rome Fiumicino (FCO): about two hours by car, or train to Orvieto and private transfer.
Florence Peretola (FLR): about two hours by car.
Rome Ciampino (CIA): about one hour forty, ideal for low-cost flights or private jets.
For every airport we coordinate, on request, the private chauffeur transfer and any luggage handling.
Discreet arrival, immediate transfer.
Perugia Airport (PEG): handles light and medium jets, with FBO services. The quickest way to reach the Principato — less than an hour from landing to the castle.
Ciampino Airport (CIA): open to jets of various sizes, convenient from southern Europe and the Middle East.
Florence Airport (FLR): an alternative for executive flights from northern Europe.
Our concierge coordinates handling, customs formalities, private transfer and every detail of the transfer. We ask you to inform us at least seventy-two hours in advance.
Landing on the estate.
On request it is possible to land by helicopter in a dedicated area of the estate — for private arrivals, events and exclusive celebrations. The landing pad is prepared and coordinated case by case, in compliance with current regulations and with adequate notice.
For the most important celebrations — weddings, corporate events — arrival by helicopter becomes part of the experience itself, with welcome service and internal estate transfer.

We welcome you directly on arrival — airport, station, hotel — with a private chauffeured car.
